Counsel, Structured Finance — New York

Growing structured finance team in a national finance practice seeks a Counsel with substantial experience in complex financings. The role offers work across multiple asset classes, exposure to securitization matters, and opportunities to lead and support transactions on a regular basis.

Successful candidates will work with senior practitioners who provide active mentoring and professional development. The position is open to candidates based in New York or Washington, D.C.

The firm has provided a market-aligned salary range for the New York office: $365,000–$425,000 (actual offer will depend on experience and other factors).

• Minimum 7 years of experience in structured finance, complex financings, or related banking transactions
• Experience with securitization and warehouse financings preferred
• Proven ability to serve as lead and supporting counsel on transactions and to manage multiple matters
• Excellent academic record and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team; eligible to be resident in New York or Washington, D.C.
