Counsel, Technology & Communications — Washington, DC

Senior regulatory counsel role supporting a busy technology, communications and media practice with a focus on wireless regulatory and spectrum matters. The role will act as a core contributor to major wireless industry clients and help shape regulatory strategy across mobility and infrastructure workstreams.

Responsibilities include leading FCC-focused filings and responses, advising on spectrum and compliance strategy, supervising and mentoring junior lawyers, and supporting business development in adjacent technology and infrastructure areas. The position requires regular collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams and in-office work approximately 60% of the time.

• Minimum 10 years' experience with significant wireless regulatory and spectrum practice.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex matters before the FCC and advise major industry clients.
• Experience supervising teams and mentoring associates.
• JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school; admitted or eligible for admission in the District of Columbia.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and strong attention to detail.
