Growing cyber/data/privacy practice in a national technology group is seeking a mid-level associate (4–7 years) to join the New York team. The group advises clients across emerging and established technology, finance, life sciences and media sectors on privacy, cybersecurity and data-protection matters.

Work will be primarily advisory and transactional, including privacy compliance (CCPA/CPRA, GDPR and related laws), privacy and security diligence for deals, drafting data processing agreements and privacy schedules, and incident preparedness and breach response. The role offers client-facing responsibility and opportunities to lead substantive projects across the US practice.

4–7 years of relevant associate or in-house experience advising on privacy, cybersecurity and data-protection compliance.
Practical experience with CCPA/CPRA, GDPR and related state/federal privacy frameworks; transactional privacy diligence and drafting of DPAs/privacy schedules.
Experience with incident response planning and data-breach management.
Strong academic record, excellent analytical and writing skills, and the ability to engage directly with clients and lead matters.
