Join a national cyber and data-privacy practice within a global insurance-focused firm. The team defends insurers and corporate clients across breach-response, regulatory matters and related litigation, and works collaboratively with colleagues across multiple US offices and international jurisdictions.

The role offers hands-on work on incident response and/or cyber litigation: advising on breach management and regulatory investigations, providing 24/7 breach response support, drafting pleadings and reports, handling discovery, and participating in motions practice and hearings. Hybrid working arrangements are available.

  • J.D. and admission in the state where the role is based; additional state admissions a plus
  • 2–6 years post-qualification experience (role flexible for candidates leaning toward incident response or litigation)
  • Either: 3–6 years federal litigation experience (pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions) or 2–6 years focused on cyber incident response and regulatory/privacy investigations
  • Experience advising on breach response, data protection issues, and coordinating with clients during crises
  • Strong drafting, oral advocacy and client-communication skills; ability to work collaboratively across offices and time zones
