Join a national cyber and data-privacy practice within a global insurance-focused firm. The team defends insurers and corporate clients across breach-response, regulatory matters and related litigation, and works collaboratively with colleagues across multiple US offices and international jurisdictions.

The role offers hands-on work on incident response and/or cyber litigation: advising on breach management and regulatory investigations, providing 24/7 breach response support, drafting pleadings and reports, handling discovery, and participating in motions practice and hearings. Hybrid working arrangements are available.

J.D. and admission in the state where the role is based; additional state admissions a plus
2–6 years post-qualification experience (role flexible for candidates leaning toward incident response or litigation)
Either: 3–6 years federal litigation experience (pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions) or 2–6 years focused on cyber incident response and regulatory/privacy investigations
Experience advising on breach response, data protection issues, and coordinating with clients during crises
Strong drafting, oral advocacy and client-communication skills; ability to work collaboratively across offices and time zones
