Cyber/Data Privacy Litigation Associate — New York

Growing Cyber/Data/Privacy litigation team seeks a mid‑level associate to join the New York office. The role focuses on defending data‑privacy and security matters and handling regulatory enforcement investigations brought by agencies and state attorneys general.

Ideal candidates will have significant hands‑on experience in privacy‑related litigation and investigations, strong drafting and analytical skills, comfort engaging directly with clients and project teams, and general technology fluency. The team works on cross‑border matters alongside a large, multi‑jurisdictional privacy practice.

• 4–6 years of litigation or regulatory investigations experience involving privacy, data security, consumer protection or related class actions
• Experience defending data‑breach class actions and/or handling regulatory enforcement matters (e.g., FTC, state AGs) preferred
• Proven drafting, research and analytical skills; strong academic credentials
• Comfort working directly with clients and leading significant project work; general tech fluency
