Cyber/Data Privacy Litigation Associate — New York

Midlevel litigation associate opportunity supporting a national Cyber/Data/Privacy practice. The role focuses on privacy and data-security litigation and regulatory enforcement matters, including defending data-breach and consumer-protection class actions and handling government investigations.

Based in New York, with placement possible across other major U.S. offices, the position offers frequent client engagement, responsibility for managing significant projects, and collaboration with a large cross‑jurisdictional team of privacy and cybersecurity attorneys.

• 4–6 years post-qualification litigation or investigations experience, with a focus on privacy/data-security matters
• Experience defending data-privacy class actions and/or handling regulatory enforcement (e.g., state AG, FTC or similar investigations)
• Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school and excellent legal writing and analytical skills
• Comfort with client-facing responsibilities and leading project teams; general tech fluency
