National law firm seeking a mid‑to‑senior level attorney to join its Cyber, Privacy & Data Security and Technology Litigation group. The role focuses on data‑breach, privacy, cybersecurity and technology litigation, including both individual and class action matters.

Work will involve taking matters from intake through trial-level litigation on novel legal issues related to data privacy and security. Flexible work arrangements (remote, hybrid, or in‑office) are available.

Minimum 3+ years of litigation experience with a focus on data privacy, cybersecurity, or technology-related disputes
Law firm litigation experience strongly preferred
Experience with data‑breach and cybersecurity class actions and technology/errors & omissions litigation
Familiarity with state privacy regimes (e.g., CCPA/CPRA) and related regulatory trends
CIPP/US or other privacy certification preferred
Excellent writing, research and communication skills; self‑starter able to manage matters with minimal supervision
