National law firm platform seeks a mid- to senior-level attorney to join its Cyber, Privacy & Data Security and Technology Litigation group. The role focuses on data-breach and technology-related litigation, including both individual and class-action matters, and involves advising on novel issues at the intersection of privacy, cybersecurity and technology.

Successful candidates will join a national practice with flexible work arrangements (remote, hybrid, or office-based) and a collaborative litigation team handling high-volume and high-profile matters. The position offers opportunities to manage cases from inception and to develop subject-matter expertise in privacy and breach-response litigation.

Minimum of 3 years of legal experience, with significant exposure to data privacy, cybersecurity, or technology litigation
Experience in law firm litigation practice; class-action and data-breach/cybersecurity experience preferred
CIPP/US certification strongly preferred
Knowledge of state privacy laws (e.g., CCPA/CPRA) and tech/errors & omissions litigation a plus
Excellent writing, research and oral communication skills; self-starter able to manage matters with limited supervision
