Top-tier law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Cybersecurity, Privacy & Data Protection practice. The role focuses on counseling clients on privacy compliance, privacy policy development and implementation, cyber-incident response, breach notification, regulatory inquiries, and related litigation.

The team handles cross-jurisdictional matters and collaborates across offices. Candidates may be considered to work out of Pittsburgh or several other U.S. offices. This is an immediate need for an associate who can take on responsibility in fast-paced matters and contribute to a busy practice.

3–5 years' experience at a large law firm in privacy, cybersecurity, data protection, or related regulatory work
Experience with incident response, breach notification, privacy policy drafting, regulatory investigations, and litigation support
Strong legal research, analytical, drafting and presentation skills; ability to work effectively in teams on time-sensitive matters
Superior academic credentials; ability to assume appropriate levels of responsibility
