Debt Finance Associate — Boston (1–5 years)

Growing debt finance team in Boston seeks a 1–5 year associate to work on lending and acquisition financing matters. The role involves representing lenders, borrowers and private equity sponsors on secured lending transactions, commitment letters and related documentation.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on deal experience, including closing transactions and drafting documents and issues lists. The team offers formal training, a collaborative environment and a comprehensive benefits package.

• J.D. or equivalent from a nationally recognized law school; strong academic record
• 1–5 years' experience in debt finance, representing lenders, borrowers and/or private equity sponsors
• Working knowledge of secured lending and Article 9; experience with acquisition financing and commitment letters preferred
• Demonstrated experience closing transactions, drafting deal documents and managing multiple matters
• Training or experience at a large law firm and strong attention to detail
