The role involves representing lenders, borrowers and private equity sponsors on a range of debt financings, with regular involvement in secured lending and acquisition financing matters.
Day-to-day responsibilities include document drafting and negotiation, preparing and resolving issues lists, supporting deal closings, and advising on security interests (including Article 9). The team handles syndicated and bilateral loans and work related to debt securities.

- JD or equivalent and strong academic record from an accredited law school
- 1–5 years of PQE in debt finance or secured lending; experience representing lenders, borrowers and/or private equity sponsors
- Practical experience with closing transactions, document drafting and issues lists
- Familiarity with secured transactions (UCC Article 9), acquisition financing and related corporate law; experience with debt securities (e.g., high-yield/convertible) is a plus
- Training at a large law firm, strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
