International law firm seeking a 1–5 year associate for its Debt Finance practice in Brussels. The role focuses on representing lenders, borrowers and private‑equity sponsors on a range of debt financing matters.

Day‑to‑day work includes assisting on secured lending and acquisition financings, supporting deal closings, preparing and revising transaction documents and issues lists, and coordinating with cross‑border teams.

1–5 years post‑qualifying experience in debt finance or lending transactions
Experience representing lenders, borrowers and/or private‑equity sponsors on secured lending and acquisition financings
Practical experience with transaction closings, drafting documents and preparing issues lists
Familiarity with UCC Article 9, commitment letters and debt securities offerings preferred
JD or equivalent and strong academic credentials; prior training at a large law firm is preferred
Ability to manage multiple matters, attention to detail and strong drafting skills
