The team advises on financing, acquisition and development transactions across renewable energy, conventional power, oil & gas, and digital infrastructure.
Day-to-day work includes drafting and negotiating financing documents (credit agreements, note purchase agreements, security documents, depositary agreements) and reviewing commercial/project documentation for domestic and cross-border transactions. Candidates will work with lenders, sponsors, sponsors’ investors and project developers on complex financings.
- 2–6 years of debt finance experience (project finance, acquisition finance or related banking experience)
- Experience drafting and negotiating financing documents (credit agreements, security documents, note purchase agreements, depositary agreements)
- Familiarity with project/commercial documents for energy or infrastructure transactions
- Admission to practice in the U.S.; JD or equivalent degree
- Strong drafting, negotiation and client-facing skills
