Growing Finance & Banking team in Boston seeks an associate with 1–5 years of experience to support a range of debt financing matters. The role involves representing lenders, borrowers and private equity sponsors on secured lending, acquisition financing and debt securities transactions.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities include closing transactions, drafting and negotiating financing documents and issues lists, and applying secured‑transactions (UCC Article 9) and general corporate law knowledge. The team values strong technical drafting skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple matters.

1–5 years of relevant transactional experience (lenders, borrowers and/or private equity sponsor representation)
Juris Doctor (or equivalent) and strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
Experience with secured lending, transaction closings, drafting financing documents; familiarity with UCC Article 9, acquisition finance and debt securities preferred
Previous training or experience at a large law firm and proven ability to handle multiple diverse matters with close attention to detail
