Mid-level associate opportunity in a national finance practice to support a broad range of debt finance transactions. The role involves drafting, negotiating and executing financing and ancillary documentation, advising on credit facilities and other lending arrangements, and moving matters from inception through closing.

You will work collaboratively with attorneys across practice groups, interact directly with clients, manage day-to-day aspects of transactions, and help advance deals efficiently. Remote/city flexibility may be possible within the firm’s U.S. office network.

3–6 years of debt finance transactional experience (lender-side, borrower-side, or both)
Strong drafting, analytical, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
JD from an ABA-accredited law school and active bar membership in relevant jurisdiction(s); timely admission to the hiring office state will be required
Ability to manage multiple matters, exercise sound professional judgment, and work independently and as part of a team
