Join a global debt finance team advising on the full range of leveraged and corporate lending matters, including leveraged finance, private credit, infrastructure and fund finance, hybrid capital, and syndicated facilities. Work on lender- and borrower-side mandates, acquisition financings, refinancings, liability management and cross-border financings with complex asset or infrastructure collateral.

This role requires admission to the New York bar. Candidates will join a collaborative, sector-focused practice that advises banks, sponsors, funds and direct lenders on sophisticated financing transactions.

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school
Admission to the New York bar (or ability to waive in)
Preferred class years: 2017–2023
Experience on sponsor-side financings and/or leveraged finance matters
Strong academic record, commercial awareness and ability to work in teams
Prior experience at a peer law firm preferred
