Debt Finance Associate — Private Equity Debt, Los Angeles

Mid-level associate role on a busy debt-finance team in Los Angeles, focused on private equity-backed transactions. The position supports representation of private equity sponsors, banks and private-credit lenders on term and revolver facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisitions and corporate growth financings.

Work will include drafting and negotiating commitment papers, credit agreements and collateral documentation across sponsor-backed leveraged and acquisition financings. The team offers a collaborative, cross-practice environment and significant transactional exposure.

• Several years of experience in leveraged/credit finance, with clear exposure to private equity sponsor or lender-side transactions
• Demonstrable experience drafting and negotiating commitment papers, credit agreements and collateral/security documents
• Outstanding academic credentials and prior comparable law firm experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly in the relevant jurisdiction
