Leading international law firm is hiring a Debt Finance Associate or Senior Associate to join its newly opened Riyadh office as part of a growing regional finance practice. The team advises banks, lenders, funds and sponsors across conventional and Islamic financings, including acquisition and leveraged finance, project and asset finance, securitisation, bonds/sukuk and related structured products.

The role offers exposure to a broad, high-quality pipeline of cross-border debt work and the opportunity to support corporate and sovereign debt issuances and Global Financial Markets matters. The successful candidate will join a collaborative, fast-paced team and contribute to client-facing work, drafting and negotiating documentation, legal research and business development activities.

Qualified lawyer with 0–3 PQE (Associate) or 4–7 PQE (Senior Associate)
Due to visa eligibility, Associate-level applications are limited to GCC nationals
Solid technical knowledge of general financing transactions, including conventional and Islamic structures
Experience on leveraged acquisition finance, project finance, asset/structured finance or securitisation preferred
Strong drafting and negotiating skills, commercial judgement and client-facing experience
Excellent organisation, communication and teamwork skills; self-starter with intellectual curiosity
