Senior associate role in a global corporate team based in Riyadh, advising on complex cross-border and domestic corporate transactions including public and private M&A, disposals, demergers, joint ventures, restructurings and high-value commercial contracts. The practice works closely with antitrust, finance, capital markets, tax, employment and real estate specialists to deliver integrated deal execution and regulatory advice.

The team handles high-profile, cross-border work for major regional and international corporates and offers a structured, supportive environment with a strong internal training programme and clear opportunities for technical and commercial development. You will lead transactions, supervise junior lawyers and collaborate across practice areas to provide client-focused solutions.

Qualified lawyer with approximately 7–8 years' post-qualification experience in corporate/M&A work.
Proven track record on public and private M&A and ECM transactions; experience on cross-border deals preferred.
Strong drafting, negotiation and project-management skills; ability to lead transaction teams and mentor juniors.
Commercial approach, excellent academic and technical credentials; fluency in English required, Arabic advantageous.
Interest in working on matters across the Middle East and adapting to a fast-paced international practice.
