Leading international law firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to build and lead its Energy & Environmental practice in Riyadh. The role is client-facing and commercial: you will advise on energy projects, regulatory and environmental matters across the region, manage local engagement and coordinate with international teams.

The successful candidate will take a senior role in business development, pitching and maintaining high-value client relationships. You will lead and mentor a local team and work closely with cross-border specialists on complex transactional and regulatory matters.

Proven partner-level experience in energy and environmental work in Saudi Arabia / GCC.
Strong track record of client origination and relationship management; ability to bring or grow a portable practice.
Experience leading teams on complex transactions and regulatory matters.
Qualified lawyer in relevant jurisdiction(s) with excellent commercial judgment and business development skills.
