Leading international law firm is seeking a senior lateral partner to grow and lead its finance practice in Riyadh with a focus on energy and infrastructure transactions. The role will support an expanding project finance and energy pipeline across the Gulf region, working on high‑value financing and transactional matters.

The successful candidate will have a proven regional network, the ability to originate and sustain client relationships across the Gulf (including the UAE), and experience advising sponsors, lenders and project stakeholders on complex energy and infrastructure financings. Flexible location arrangements are possible for the right hire.

Established partner-level experience in project finance, energy and infrastructure transactions.
Proven regional relationships and a track record originating and executing complex financings in the Gulf.
Demonstrable business development ability and a portable client base appropriate for a partner move.
Strong leadership and team management experience in a cross‑border transactional practice.
