Partner, Corporate / M&A — Riyadh

Senior corporate partner role for an established international law firm expanding its Riyadh corporate practice. The role focuses on leading cross-border M&A, private equity and capital markets matters and developing senior client relationships in the region.

The partner will join a team advising regional and international corporate clients on high-value transactions and investments. This is a business-building role with responsibility for originating work and mentoring junior lawyers.

• Established partner with a track record in M&A, private equity and capital markets transactions.
• Proven ability to originate and grow a portable practice — demonstrable book of business and client relationships.
• Experience leading deal teams and mentoring associates in a high‑performing international practice.
• Admitted or eligible for admission in relevant jurisdiction(s) and able to work in Saudi Arabia.
