An established international law firm is seeking a senior Project Finance partner to lead and expand its Riyadh practice. The role will focus on high-value project and infrastructure financings across the region, advising sponsors, lenders and project companies on complex transactions.

The appointment offers a leadership role within a busy team, responsibility for originating and executing mandates, and collaboration with international colleagues on cross-border matters. The firm requires a candidate with an existing, portable project finance practice who can develop local market relationships.

Only Saudi nationals will be considered for this position.

Lateral Partner level with significant Project Finance experience.
Proven track record of originating and leading financings and infrastructure transactions.
Portable book of business and strong local market relationships.
Experience advising lenders, sponsors and project companies on complex cross-border financings.
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills advantageous.
