Partner — Real Estate, Construction & Litigation — Riyadh

Partner-level opportunity to lead and grow a contentious real estate and construction practice in Riyadh. The role focuses on high-value construction disputes and related real estate litigation across the region, with responsibility for case strategy, client management and team leadership.

The successful candidate will join a large international firm’s regional platform and will be expected to drive business development, strengthen contentious capabilities and mentor junior lawyers. This is a client-facing role with significant autonomy for building the practice locally.

• Portable book of business of £2 million+ (USD)
• Proven track record in construction disputes and contentious real estate matters
• Experience leading teams and originating work in the Gulf/Saudi market
• Licensed/admitted to practise in a relevant jurisdiction (or equivalent commercial experience)
