Partner — Finance & Banking & Corporate, Riyadh

Seeking an experienced partner to lead and expand a project finance-focused practice in Riyadh. The role will involve originating and managing complex cross-border financing and corporate matters for regional and international clients.

The successful candidate will work alongside a global finance and corporate platform, advising on large-scale project financings, joint ventures and transactional structures, and will be responsible for developing local client relationships and referrals.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record in project finance and corporate transactions in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC
• Established client relationships and demonstrable origination ability
• Ability to work on cross-border mandates with international teams
