Established international law firm is seeking a partner to join its finance and energy practice in Riyadh. The role will focus on project and structured finance matters across the energy sector, including renewables and oil & gas, acting for sponsors, lenders and state-linked entities on large-scale transactions.

The successful candidate will lead mandates, develop client relationships in the region and work with a cross-border team. This is an opportunity to grow a market-facing energy finance practice within a well-resourced global platform.

Proven partner-level experience in project/structured finance and energy sector transactions.
Track record advising on renewables and oil & gas financings, with ability to lead cross-border deals.
Established client relationships and demonstrable ability to originate and develop business (portable practice welcomed).
Strong commercial judgment, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and experience managing teams.
