Leading international law firm seeks a senior partner to expand its real estate and construction practice in Riyadh. The role will focus on advising on large-scale real estate, construction and infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia and the wider region.

The successful candidate will lead transactions and contentious workstreams, mentor junior lawyers, and play a central role in business development and client relationship management. This is a market-facing role with opportunity to shape a growing local team.

Proven partner-level experience in real estate, construction and infrastructure matters, including large-scale transactional and/or project work
Established track record of originating and managing client relationships; ability to bring a portable practice is preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills; experience mentoring mid- to senior-level lawyers
Deep knowledge of the Saudi market and regional regulatory/environmental frameworks
