Senior hire sought to lead and grow a Real Estate & Construction practice in Riyadh with a well-regarded international law firm. The role combines client-facing deal work and strategic business development across major real estate and construction matters in the region.

The successful candidate will join a cross-border team advising on large-scale developments, construction contracts and related commercial real estate transactions. This is a visible leadership role with opportunities to shape the practice and expand regional client relationships.

Established partner-level track record in real estate and construction matters in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC.
Proven ability to originate and lead complex transactions and construction disputes.
Strong regional network and demonstrable business development skills; a portable practice is desirable but not strictly required for candidates with a strong local network.
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills advantageous.
