Senior real estate and construction partner role based in Riyadh with a well-established international firm. The role focuses on leading high-value real estate, construction and infrastructure mandates across Saudi Arabia and the wider region.

The post-holder will lead matters from pitch through execution, advise on complex project and transaction workstreams, and mentor a growing local team. Candidates with an existing, portable practice or demonstrable client origination capability are encouraged to apply.

Proven partner-level experience in real estate, construction or infrastructure work in Saudi Arabia or the Gulf region.
Demonstrable track record leading transactions and construction/project mandates; experience managing teams and supervising junior lawyers.
Established client relationships or a portable practice preferred.
Ability to work with international and regional clients and coordinate cross-border matters.
