Leading international law firm seeking a lateral partner to lead and develop its corporate and family law offering in Riyadh. The role will advise high-net-worth individuals and corporates on corporate governance, ownership structures and related family-law matters, and will work closely with regional teams.

The successful candidate will take a senior technical and commercial leadership role: managing client relationships, originating new work, and mentoring junior lawyers. A strong regional network is highly desirable; a portable practice would be beneficial but is not strictly required for candidates with an established client base or strong local relationships.

Established partner-level experience in corporate and family law matters, with demonstrable technical expertise in corporate governance.
Proven track record of client development and relationship management at senior level.
Experience leading teams and mentoring senior associates/counsel.
Admitted or eligible to practise in the relevant jurisdiction and able to work from Riyadh.
