Lateral Partner — Corporate, Riyadh

An established corporate partner is sought to join the Riyadh team of a highly regarded international practice. The role focuses on leading M&A and corporate transactional work and advising boards and senior management on governance matters across the Saudi market.

The successful candidate will take a front-line role originating and closing cross-border and domestic transactional matters, mentoring and growing a small team, and strengthening the firm's market presence in corporate work.

• Portable book of business of $3M-$5M (USD)
• Proven track record advising on M&A and corporate transactions in the region
• Established client relationships in Saudi Arabia and experience originating work
• Experience leading teams and managing complex cross-border deals
