Lateral Partner — Bankruptcy & Compliance (Riyadh)

Lead partner role in a busy Riyadh practice combining restructuring/insolvency and regulatory/compliance matters. The role will advise corporates, creditors and stakeholders on insolvency restructurings and regulatory risk in the Saudi market.

The firm is seeking a commercial partner to grow and manage the practice locally: building client relationships, supervising fee-earners and delivering cross-border work with regional teams. This is an opportunity to shape a market-facing group in a major Middle East jurisdiction.

• Portable book of business of $500k+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in restructuring/insolvency and regulatory compliance matters
• Track record of originating and managing client relationships and leading teams on complex transactions or restructurings
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to work with regional and international colleagues
