Leading international law firm seeks a Lateral Partner to head and grow its finance and capital markets practice in Riyadh. The role will focus on advising regional and international borrowers, issuers, lenders and investors on complex financing and capital markets transactions.

The successful candidate will take a senior client-facing role, managing high-value transactions, mentoring junior lawyers and working closely with cross-border teams across the region. A demonstrable track record of originating and developing client work and the ability to bring a portable practice will be an advantage.

Proven partner-level experience in finance, banking and capital markets transactions (syndicated loans, project and structured finance, debt and equity capital markets).
Strong transaction record advising international and regional corporates, financial institutions or sponsors.
Demonstrable business development skills and ability to originate or bring client relationships/portable work.
Experience leading teams, supervising associates and coordinating cross-border matters.
Fluency in English; regional language skills advantageous.
