We are seeking a Senior Project Finance Associate to join a market-leading finance and banking practice in Riyadh. This team advises on the full spectrum of banking and project finance transactions across the MENA region and beyond, including limited recourse project finance, Islamic finance, secured and unsecured bilateral and syndicated loans, leveraged and acquisition finance, rescheduling and restructuring, loan transfers, derivatives, and other financial products.

The team is recognised as a leader in the Islamic finance field and has delivered innovative Shari'a-compliant structures for clients across the Middle East. You will work on high-profile mandates for top-tier clients, including sovereign and government-related entities, financial institutions, and international corporates, with a deal flow that is unmatched in its range, calibre, and international scope.

You will handle a variety of work spanning general banking and finance, Islamic finance, and project finance transactions. Proven track record of acting on a variety of finance transactions.
Previous experience at a Magic Circle or top-tier international law firm.
Fluency in English essential; Arabic fluency valued but not a prerequisite.
First-class legal ability with a practical commercial approach.
Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
Exceptional academic results throughout your academic history.
Experience in, or exposure to, Saudi law aspects of international cross-border transactions advantageous.
A genuine and demonstrable interest in, or affinity for, the Middle East.
