Partner — Corporate (M&A/Transactional) — Riyadh

Senior corporate partner role in the Riyadh office of a major international law firm. The role focuses on leading M&A and broader transactional matters across the region, working with cross‑border teams and regional clients.

The successful candidate will run complex deal processes, mentor and develop junior lawyers, and contribute to business development. A portable practice or established client relationships in the region are highly desirable.

• Established track record in M&A and transactional work at partner level.
• Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships and lead deal teams.
• Experience on cross‑border transactions and coordinating with international offices.
• Licensed or able to work in Saudi Arabia (local qualifications or arrangements desirable).
