Senior partner opportunity for an experienced compliance and regulatory lawyer to lead and grow a practice in Riyadh. The role involves advising regional and international clients on regulatory strategy, compliance programmes, regulatory investigations, and interaction with local regulators across multiple sectors.

The partner will run matters end-to-end, supervise and mentor a small team, and work with the wider regional practice on cross-border mandates. Business development and contribution to the office's growth strategy will be a core part of the role; a portable practice or demonstrable origination record is welcome.

Established partner-level experience in regulatory and compliance work in Saudi Arabia / the Gulf or comparable jurisdictions.
Track record advising on regulatory investigations, enforcement, compliance programmes and regulatory risk matters.
Proven ability to originate and grow client relationships; a portable practice or demonstrable business development success is desirable.
Experience managing and mentoring junior lawyers and leading multi-disciplinary teams.
Strong communication and client-facing skills; able to work in a fast-moving, cross-border environment.
