Growing debt finance team in Boston seeks a transactional associate with 1–5 years of experience in commercial lending and acquisition financing. The role involves representing lenders, borrowers and private-equity sponsors on secured lending and other debt financing transactions, including document drafting, issues lists and deal closings.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with secured lending concepts (including UCC Article 9), familiarity with commitment letters and debt securities, and the ability to manage multiple transactions and produce meticulous work. JD (or equivalent) from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
1–5 years of relevant experience in debt finance, representing lenders, borrowers and/or sponsors
Practical experience drafting financing documentation and participating in closings
Knowledge of secured lending (UCC Article 9), acquisition financing and general corporate principles; strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters
