Senior associate role in a US disputes team based in San Francisco. The team handles complex domestic and cross-border civil litigation, commercial disputes, arbitration and white-collar matters for individuals and corporate clients.

Day-to-day work includes all phases of litigation and arbitration: drafting pleadings and motions, conducting research, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, court appearances and conducting internal and regulatory investigations. The role also involves client counselling on crisis and reputation matters and contributing to business development and practice growth.

J.D. (required) and strong academic credentials
4–6 years post-qualification litigation and/or white-collar experience in a law firm
California Bar membership in good standing
Proven experience with depositions, court proceedings, drafting pleadings and complex case management
Experience with federal and state white-collar investigations preferred; prior individual defense work and tech-sector experience advantageous
Excellent research, writing, negotiation and client-counselling skills; team-oriented and project-management capability
