National legal services team seeks experienced dispute resolutions attorneys to support consumer and commercial litigation and arbitration matters. The role is with an alternative legal services group that offers flexible scheduling, remote work options, and both part-time and full-time arrangements.

Attorneys will handle courtroom appearances, depositions, mediations, expert engagement, and related litigation tasks as part of a collaborative team. There is no expectation to develop a personal book of business; focus is on high-quality legal work and efficient matter management.

Minimum 5 years of litigation experience post-qualification.
Active California bar license required.
Experience with single-plaintiff civil litigation and/or arbitration; background working with financial institutions or consumer lending disputes (loan modifications, forbearance, workouts) preferred.
Proven ability to manage multiple matters, conduct and defend depositions, attend mediations, work with experts, and conduct courtroom advocacy.
Strong legal writing, analytical skills, and excellent academic credentials.
