Experienced litigation attorney needed for a dispute-resolutions team in Nashville supporting consumer-finance litigation and arbitration matters. The role is with an alternative legal-services group that emphasizes cost-effective, team-based delivery; positions are available full-time or part-time with flexible scheduling and remote work options.

Day-to-day work includes defending and pursuing single-plaintiff civil litigation and arbitration related to consumer loans, handling court appearances, depositions, mediations, and coordinating experts. The team-focused role does not require business development; attorneys are expected to contribute to caseflow and mentor junior colleagues when appropriate.

Candidates must be licensed in Tennessee and committed to high-quality written and oral advocacy while managing multiple matters efficiently.

Minimum 5 years of civil litigation experience, preferably with consumer finance or collections matters
Experience in arbitration and courtroom practice: taking/defending depositions, hearings, mediations
Comfort managing multiple cases, supervising support staff, and working in a team environment
Tennessee bar admission required
Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills; excellent academic credentials
Bankruptcy experience a plus
