The team uses advanced analytics and generative AI to reduce review volumes and advise clients on defensible information governance and discovery strategy across the full EDRM lifecycle.
The attorney will manage ESI preservation, collection, processing, review and production; draft and negotiate ESI agreements, TAR/CAL/GenAI protocols, and protective orders; lead meet-and-confer discovery planning; and coordinate with forensic vendors and review teams. The role includes hands-on deployment and validation of AI/TAR workflows, quality-control procedures, and vendor oversight.
This is a collaborative, office-centric role with an expected hybrid schedule (approximately 60% on-site). The hiring team supports professional development and industry certifications; the position is open to candidates who can work in the U.S., with Boston preferred.
- J.D. or LL.M. from an accredited law school and active bar admission in a U.S. jurisdiction (Massachusetts, New York, California, Florida, or DC preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive e-discovery and litigation support experience across the EDRM (identification through production)
- Practical knowledge of Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (especially Rules 26, 34, 37(e)) and familiarity with state discovery rules
- Experience negotiating ESI agreements, drafting TAR/CAL/GenAI protocols, and conducting proportionality and spoliation analyses
- Proficiency with leading e-discovery platforms (e.g., RelativityOne), analytics, AI/TAR validation, and statistical sampling methods
- Experience managing vendor relationships and coordinating with forensic teams (collections from Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, mobile devices, etc.)
- Strong written/verbal communication, project management, and team leadership skills; highly organized with attention to detail
