eDiscovery Associate — Litigation, Austin

Seeking an associate to join a national litigation team with a focus on modern eDiscovery and information governance. The role supports complex commercial litigation, products liability, antitrust matters, and internal or government investigations.

Ideal candidates will contribute to case strategy by managing preservation, collection, review, and production workflows, and by supporting written discovery, depositions, and motion practice. The position offers regular interaction with case teams, vendors, and clients and provides opportunities to develop both strategic and technical eDiscovery skills.

• 4–6 years of substantive litigation experience (PQE)
• Experience with written discovery, depositions, legal research and drafting; prior eDiscovery experience a plus but not required
• Strong organizational and project-management skills; comfort handling multiple workstreams
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to work with senior attorneys and vendors
