Responsibilities include research and drafting, managing written discovery, taking/defending depositions, and contributing to case strategy. The team values intellectual curiosity and strong project-management skills; deep platform experience is not required but technical interest and willingness to learn preservation, collection, review, and production workflows are important.
The position is open to candidates who may be based in any U.S. office and will involve regular coordination with case teams, vendors, and senior lawyers on high‑stakes matters.
- 4–6 years of substantive litigation experience
- Experience with research, drafting memoranda and motions, and managing written discovery
- Strong organizational, project‑management, and analytical skills; excellent written and verbal communication
- Interest in eDiscovery processes and information governance; ability to work with vendors and technical teams
