The role focuses on handling charges before federal, state and local agencies, including investigations, factual assessment, development of risk mitigation strategies, client counseling and preparation of persuasive position statements.
This is a non-billable-hour role with a flexible part-time, work-from-home schedule; there may be opportunities to transition to full-time. Candidates must reside in a state where the hiring firm maintains a physical office.
A writing sample is required for consideration; a redacted position statement is strongly preferred.
- Established experience in employment-defense practice with a focus on administrative charges (EEOC/state/local).
- Demonstrable experience preparing detailed, persuasive position statements and managing administrative investigations.
- Strong client-facing skills and ability to develop risk-management strategies.
- Comfortable with a flexible, part-time remote schedule; availability for potential full-time transition.
- Reside in a state where the firm has an office.
- Writing sample required (redacted position statement preferred).
