Join a nationally recognised employment team based in Birmingham advising a broad mix of employers across sectors on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. The team handles tribunal litigation, large-scale reorganisations, TUPE, disciplinary and grievance processes, settlement agreements and sensitive workplace investigations.

This is a collaborative role with client-facing responsibility: you will manage cases, represent clients in Employment Tribunal and higher-court proceedings, support business development activity and mentor junior lawyers. Qualified solicitor or equivalent with substantive employment law experience.
Experience advising on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including tribunal advocacy.

Experience mentoring or supervising junior fee-earners and working collaboratively across teams.
