Join a large national Employment, Pensions and Immigration team that operates from multiple UK locations, with a well-regarded local employment group in Bristol. The team advises a broad range of employer clients across financial services, healthcare, public sector and commercial sectors.

The role offers a mix of contentious and non-contentious work: tribunal and High Court litigation (including discrimination and whistleblowing claims), day-to-day advisory matters, and multi-jurisdictional restructures (redundancy and TUPE). There are opportunities to supervise trainees/paralegals and contribute to business development and internal knowledge-sharing.

Qualified solicitor with approximately 2–5 years PQE (ideally).
Experience of tribunal and other contentious employment matters (discrimination, whistleblowing, breach of contract).
Advising employers across sectors (experience with financial services, multinational commercial or public sector clients advantageous).
Commercial mindset, strong written and verbal communication, and ability to develop client relationships.
Team player with a flexible approach; willingness to contribute to business development and training/supervision of junior staff.
