Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
3–6 years' post‑qualification experience in employment law
Experience across contentious and advisory work for corporate clients, including tribunal/High Court litigation
Practical experience advising on restructures, collective redundancies, TUPE and employment aspects of M&A (due diligence, warranties, post‑completion integration)
Ability to manage matters with limited supervision, work to budget, and contribute to business development
Strong drafting, advocacy and client‑facing skills; collaborative cross‑practice approach
