Join the London employment team of a leading international law firm focused on technology, life sciences and growth companies. This role is a hands-on advisory position working closely with senior lawyers and offering direct client exposure across the employee lifecycle.

Work will centre on advisory employment matters and transactional support for M&A, financings and IPOs with a cross-border element, including drafting employment and consultancy agreements, advising on hirings, performance and terminations, TUPE and settlement agreements, and assisting with due diligence and transactional employment provisions.

The team is compact and collaborative, with regular engagement with the firm’s wider international employment group and other practice areas. There are clear opportunities for professional development, client-facing work and contribution to precedent materials and business development activities.

Qualified in English law and holding (or eligible for) a Solicitors Practising Certificate.
1–3 years PQE specialising in employment law.
Experience drafting employment and consultancy agreements and advising on terminations, disciplinary processes and settlement agreements.
Comfortable supporting transactional work (due diligence, warranties, TUPE) and advising on cross‑border employment matters.
Strong interpersonal, drafting and prioritisation skills; commercially minded and client-focused.
