Join a well‑regarded national law firm’s employer‑focused Employment team in Leeds (also covering nearby regional offices). The practice advises a broad range of employer clients across both contentious and non‑contentious employment matters, and is expanding its regional presence.

The role offers genuine responsibility: lead matters, represent clients at Employment Tribunal hearings (and higher courts where required), work closely with HR and leadership teams, support and mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to business development as the team grows.

Qualified solicitor with approximately 4 years PQE.
Strong technical grounding in UK employment law and tribunal experience.
Confident client‑handling skills and commercial awareness; ability to build trusted relationships with employer clients.
Experience advising on both contentious and non‑contentious employment matters; sector experience in education or STEM advantageous but not essential.
Motivated to support business development and to mentor junior colleagues; collaborative team player.
