Employment Associate / Senior Associate — Sydney

Join a growing employment team in Sydney advising on the full spectrum of workplace law matters, including industrial relations, discrimination, underpayment/compliance reviews, restructures and employment aspects of transactions. The role involves a mix of litigation and transactional work across courts and tribunals, workplace investigations and regulatory responses.

You will work within a collaborative, fast-paced practice alongside senior and junior lawyers, supervise and mentor junior team members, and contribute to business development activities while handling high-profile, multi-jurisdictional matters.

• Australian-qualified lawyer with 5–8 years post-qualification experience in private practice
• Demonstrated employment law experience (litigation and advisory)
• Strong written and oral communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities, supervise junior staff and contribute to business development
